I tackle complicated issues by thinking out of the box. I don’t quit until problems are solved, whilst always taking limiting factors (such as time and money) into consideration.
If a problem is not solvable I will communicate openly, timely, and honestly about the obstacles faced.
I’m a team player, I like to be helpful towards others and I am always willing to share my knowledge and learn from others.
Furthermore, I consider myself to be a calm person, who does not hesitate to be strict and direct when the situation demands.
