Corporate Executive Pastry Chef – Fine Dining Italian Restaurant Group

$110,000 - $150,000 + Bonus

Your Role with the Company:

• Lead the vision, development, and execution of pastry programs across multiple restaurant concepts, ensuring each reflects its distinct identity while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency
• Create and evolve innovative, seasonally driven desserts, breads, and pastry offerings that balance creativity, technical excellence, operational feasibility, and profitability
• Establish and uphold pastry standards, recipes, production systems, and processes that support consistency, efficiency, and scalability across locations
• Partner closely with Executive Chefs and culinary leadership to develop cohesive menus and align pastry programs with the broader culinary direction of each concept
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop pastry teams while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
• Support new restaurant openings and future growth through pastry program development, operational planning, equipment and production needs, and scalable systems
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, SOPs, and overall kitchen standards while partnering with leadership to deliver seamless guest experiences

Your Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive pastry experience, including 3+ years as an Executive Pastry Chef within a high-volume upscale or fine dining restaurant or restaurant group
• Michelin-starred restaurant experience   required,   with a demonstrated track record of pastry excellence in highly regarded culinary environments
• Exceptional technical pastry expertise and creativity, with the range to develop and execute sophisticated programs across multiple restaurant concepts
• Proven leadership experience building, mentoring, and developing high-performing pastry teams while maintaining exceptional standards for quality and consistency
• Highly organized and operationally disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and locations; flexibility to travel as needed, including participation in domestic and international culinary research and development trips
